Discontinuation of HC25 Module (EOL - End of Life Announcement) Cinterion Wireless Modules GmbH has announced the phase-out of the current HC25 module due to the end of life (EoL) of certain key electronic components. In order to guarantee smooth migration a compatible successor platform has been introduced. Cinterion has designed a migration strategy enabling a convenient upgrade to the successor PH8 Rel. 2 platform (PH8 data sheet), which boosts an extended feature set and a similar AT command structure.
